Each time you purchase a spay and neuter specialty license plate, Florida Animal Friend receives $25. We exclusively use that sum to fund free and low-cost spay and neuter programs across the state. And that doesn’t just apply to first-time plate purchases!
We receive $25 each time a plate is replaced or renewed. That means you have additional opportunities to support Florida nonprofit animal organizations when your license plate expires or whenever you feel like upgrading.
NOTE: If you already have a spay and neuter license plate and want to switch to the new one before your renewal date, you will need to order a new plate. As long as you live in Florida, you can do so right now by filling out this form.
We truly appreciate your support in the ongoing battle against cat and dog overpopulation. The funds from every purchased plate and every separate donation add up to grants of up to $25,000 each for dozens of Florida nonprofit animal organizations working to end animal homelessness.
Does your organization offer a free or low-cost spay and neuter program? If so, we’d love for you to apply for one of our grants today! Do you know of a shelter, clinic or agency that deserves a grant? Send them our way!
Florida Animal Friend receives $25.00 for each spay/neuter license plate that is purchased (and renewed each year.) These funds are used exclusively to help end cat and dog overpopulation by increasing spay and neuter surgeries in the state.
