North Florida PAWS offers $10 spay and neuter services to pet owners. The Florida Animal Friend Grant will enable them to expand their spay/neuter program to target pit bulls and mixes as well outdoor and feral cats. This very poor rural community has an inordinately high percentage of pet animals in these categories.
