SNiP­it is opening a low cost spay/neuter clinic in Kissimmee located within Osceola County. Osceola County does not have affordable spay/neuter services. The average spay/neuter cost in Osceola County for a female and male cat is $262.00 and $217.00 respectively. Florida Animal Friend’s grant has allowed them to continue their program.
